In addition to finding lead dust on our window sills and underneath all of our door hinges, I found a significant source of lead on our kitchen floor that was being transferred from our basement. I am so grateful for this knowledge, as I now know where the sources of lead are in our home. If I had waited until our baby was old enough to crawl, it would have been too late. This product is a must-have for every parent living in a historic home!

We have a home built in the ‘70s so I have been concerned, especially since we have children. We have found that our tub and the tile surrounding it is positive for lead. We also found that some childhood dishes of mine were positive. Starbucks destination mugs too. I am grateful we purchased this and can try to remedy the problems.

This test kit makes it so easy to identify lead around the house, or anywhere! My house was built in the 1970’s so I was really worried there would be lead materials, but so far I haven’t found lead aside from a few coffee mugs and old plates in the cabinet. These test kits are the real deal and contain SO MANY tests. 100% happy with my purchase and would absolutely buy his products again and again.

If you're on the fence, get off of it. These test are much better than the $20+ swabs, extremely clear to read and easily show you what has lead. Remember, all it takes is a grain of sand worth of lead to make your child sick.

I love to thrift and collect antiques, but I am trying to be more aware of lead on my items and limiting my lead exposure! After learning the swab lead tests are not accurate, I found Fluoro-Spec. I got the 2 full kits so I could give one to my sister who also thrifts and has a lot of antiques.

I’ve already tested plenty of my daily dishes (thankfully lead free!!), but finally found my first lead-positive item. Thankful for this kit so I can keep my house safe.

I was concerned about lead paint in my basement, fortunately there isn’t any, but I also tested all our plates and bowls and found some to be contaminated. Fortunately we rarely used them and have now disposed of them.

This stuff works, and it helps me take power over lead. I bought it after seeing it on Instagram. It's an incredible value for money. It's extremely easy to use, and safe. Found lead on a mortar and pestle set from Marshalls, on hockey pucks, on beer glasses, on a flower pot, on a stained glass decoration from Greece. I was relieved none of my Christmas ornaments had lead, and none of my kid's toys! It helps ease my mind!
